Alderbrook Care Home in Leeds offers the highest standard of care for adults living
with complex medical and mental health conditions. Following a complete
renovation and refurbishment, Silver Lodge has recently opened.  The rest of the home with a total of 160 beds is due to open in 2025. The home is set in
a peaceful area surrounded by trees providing lovely views from every window.

Our mission is to empower others to share this vision. We strive to break down the barriers that can isolate individuals with complex conditions, ensuring their place within their families and wider communities. We equip families and friends with the knowledge and tools to confidently engage with their loved ones and we educate people to build bridges for understanding and to stop people living with complex conditions from being isolated. 

Moving into a care home is not the end of the story. It’s an opportunity for a new chapter filled with shared experiences, heartfelt interactions, belonging, and purpose. At Alderbrook, we believe that with the right support and environment, individuals can continue to thrive and feel valued.

Our team all receive extensive training to ensure they are equipped with the breadth of knowledge to effectively care for the people with complex needs from a practical point of view, but more importantly holistically to ensure someone’s overall wellbeing.

Silver Lodge

Set across 2 floors, Silver Lodge has 40 en-suite bedrooms, cosy lounge and spacious and comfortable lounge with dining area and kitchenette on each floor. Access to Silver Lodge is through the main, light and airy reception with café for relatives to use. There are secure, landscaped outdoor spaces accessible from the ground floor.

Our own activities programme including a range of well-being activities for the body and mind

On-site laundry service

Lounge with large smart televisions and dining room on each floor; each dining room has a kitchenette area and servery area

All floors have a nurses office and clinical air-conditioned medication rooms

Our bedrooms

Each room has a variable height bed, TV, wardrobe, dresser, lockable drawers and en-suite. We encourage personal items from home to be brought into residents bedrooms.
